In Memory

Randy Lewis

Randy William Lewis, age 60, was born March 28, 1953 and passed away October 16, 2013.
Randy was working on his passion (accounting) while trying to fight what he thought was a "bug". Randy got up to excuse himself and go home and rest. He collapsed and was gone, instantly and peacefully. He was a no nonsense man who went with God.

After many years of relocating, Randy found a home with Durio & Company, CPA. He was a graduate of Tulane University and attended Univ of Texas at Austin where he obtained his MBA. He was a CPA and a member of the Houston CPA Society, Texas Society of CPA's, and The American Society of CPA's. His joys were his clients, colleagues and his involvement with these groups organizing committees and charitable events.

Randy had a strong bond with his Jewish faith. He was a lifelong member of Temple Beth Yeshurun.
Randy is preceeded in death by his parents, Roy and Dorothy Lewis. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Lupe Chavez Lewis and their daughter, Stefanie Hannah Lewis, his sister Sonia Kronberg and her husband, Ron, uncle, Jim Lewis and numerous sisters and brothers in law, nieces and nephews who all loved him very much.

Randy was blessed with extended family from New England, California, Texas and parts of the mid west. West Hartford, Ct, was his second home where he was very active in the Jewish community of Greater Hartford.

Graveside service will take place, Sunday, October 20, 2013, 3:30pm, at Beth Yeshurun Cemetery on Post Oak Rd.

Psalm91: He that dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty.
