Survey: Want a Souvenir or Memento of our 50th?

Your diligent 50th Reunion Committee are thinking that there might be some interest in having some sort of memento from our 50th reunion. 

Are you interested in having a T-shirt? or coffee mug? or souvenir plastic cup? as a little remembrance of the fun you had?  Something to remind you that you have lived 50 years past your BHS graduation? 

If yes (or no) - please answer the survey questions below to help us decide what to do!  We could also make items available to folks who did not attend ... because you survived 50 years too!
